On this day 18 May 2003 (Exactly 17 years ago) Angola’s AS Aviacao inflicted a 3-0 defeat on Hearts of Oak of Ghana in their CAF Champions League match played in Luanda with former Sporting Lisbon Junior Rasca setting the rout in motion after just two minutes.
Jamba and substitute Kadima added two more to set up Aviacao for the last eight of Africa’s top club competition in their first year of participation.
